How to write in Occidental

I hope someone can assist me. I am sorry for writing in English. I do not yet know how to write in Occidental. I hope to learn Occidental.

I wish to locate an English-Interlingue dictionary and an Interlingue-English dictionary. Do any such dictionaries exist? If not, a French-Interlingue dictionary would do.

Alternatively, is the full text of "Radicarium Directiv del Lingue International (Occidental)" available anywhere, either online or in print?

Pri li vocabularium. Ya, personalmen, yo vell favorar un apertura vers li lingues oriental, o vers li commun radics indo-europan. Ma yo concept que to ne vell indubitativmen corresponder al voluntà initial del doct estonian.

Simplicmen, yo pensa que on vell dever chanjear vocabuls quand illi ne es vermen international e ne entra i'nter li sciental ràdics greco-latin. To es regratabil, notatmen si ti-ci radics es retrovabil in ultra che altri families linguistic indo-europan. Yo va dar quelc exemples fundamental.

"Manjar" existe solmen in francese "manger" e in italian "mangiare" (e apen in ruman "mânca"). Latin havet "edere/esse"; classic Grec havet "esthiein"; Anglese hav "to eat", German "essen", Russ "estj"... omnes veni del radic indoeuropan commun *ed ("edd" in sambahsa).
